The commissioner's court approved an interlocal agreement with Texas A&M University to provide cybersecurity services to Brazos County. Kevin Joyner, identified in the record as the county's chief information security officer, told the court the agreement covers the entire county and monitors every connected device; the county also gains cost efficiencies through Texas A&M's bulk purchasing power.
