Secretary Karen Belin told supervisors she attended a Secretary/Manager Summit in Boalsburg and completed nine trainings. The minutes note she is not enrolled in the PSATS Municipal Government Academy but had the $75 fee waived; she still needs a total of 30 training credits to complete certification in administration.
