Board authorizes revocable license with Minnow Creek Conservancy for shoreline stabilization and walking-path work

The county approved a revocable license allowing Minnow Creek Conservancy to stabilize about 890 linear feet of Jenkins Creek path using recycled oyster shell and restore roughly 3,200 sq ft of marsh at Linda Patterson Park; no county funding required, license revocable and public access preserved.
