Erica Decker of Planning and Zoning (S9) presented the Rainer Simple Subdivision final plat, which would create a 5.57-acre lot from a 58.49-acre parcel and leave an approximately 52.92-acre remainder. Staff noted a special flood hazard area crosses the remainder and the proposed lot, an approved long-term noxious weed management plan was provided, and a water distribution plan for sprinkler-only delivery to Lot 1 is on file.
