Planning staff explained that James Fisher applied for a second amended plat to vacate Lot 1A (about 9 acres) and combine it with a 20.35-acre unplatted parcel to create a new Lot 201 at 29.39 acres. Staff confirmed Park County Public Works, Fire District and cooperating agencies had no objections and that an irrigation water distribution plan and a long-term noxious weed management plan had been received for recordation.
