The Riverhead Planning Board classified the Sweezy Avenue two-lot minor subdivision as an unlisted action under SEQRA and issued a negative declaration on Sept. 3, 2026. Marissa Danowski, the town site plan reviewer, described the proposal as an existing preexisting nonconforming parcel to be split into two lots (each approximately 6,300 square feet) and said the applicant must seek area, setback and impervious-surface relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals before final approval.
