Commission discusses parking, access and phased construction for La Pine Community Kitchen

Commissioners and staff focused on whether the proposed site plan provides adequate parking and satisfies access spacing in the Transportation System Plan. Staff said the applicant’s Friday parking counts averaged 47 vehicles and that, because some on-site spaces are allocated for ADA, EV charging and snow storage, winter on-site minimums could be about 24 spaces.
