Board Chair opened a special board workshop of the Katy Independent School District on Aug. 31 and introduced a strategic-plan refresh facilitated by Engage to Learn. Julie Moynihan, an Engage to Learn executive facilitator, told trustees the refresh will use aspirational goal‑setting, backward design and community engagement and will focus on student learning as the central purpose.
