The Hull-Daisetta ISD Board of Trustees delegated authorization to Superintendent Tim Bartram regarding a proposed agreement with MSB during its May 19 meeting. Board Vice-President Gerard Eaglin moved to grant the delegation and Board Member Joe Espree seconded; the motion passed 6–0 with one absence.
