The Edgeworth Borough Council authorized the borough solicitor to prepare an access license to allow Current Hydro onto borough land for environmental testing related to the company's proposed project. The motion to authorize preparation of the access license was made by Gregory J. Marlovits, seconded by Elizabeth H. Genter, and carried with all members present voting in favor.
