County staff reported that negotiations with a property owner resolved the need for condemnation for the Williams Old Patch Bridge project. Staff recommended purchase of a 2.68-acre parcel for $50,000 and a 31.38-acre parcel for $31,925 as part of the settlement. Commissioners moved to approve permanent easements and withdrew earlier condemnation actions.
