Hamilton County supervisors approved a personnel action on Dec. 9 to appoint Seamus Ealy as a full-time jailer with regular compensation. The chair said the appointment was recommended by the department head, identified in the meeting as Alvelex, the jail administrator, and the board moved to approve the personnel action.
