Superintendent Dr. Wenzel told the board the district is advancing a draft district improvement plan anchored in three main strategies: retooling central office to better support principals as instructional leaders, building principal capacity, and embedding teacher collaboration through PLC work. He described a three‑year partnership with PLCs at Work that will begin with leadership in year one and expand to teachers in years two and three.
