The Carlton County Board adopted resolution 26-056 to acknowledge receipt of and approve a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Application for Exempt Permit (LG220) submitted by Liberty K9 Rescue Ranch. The permit covers use at the business, 3649 Hilltop View Road, Barnum, on Oct. 17, 2026 and June 19, 2027.
