Next Generation Custom Homes updated the Franklin ZBA on a proposed 39‑unit condominium at 202 Washington Street, saying peer review responses and technical tests (hydrant flow, sewer flow, traffic) are pending; the board continued the hearing to Oct. 1 to allow written responses and consultant reports.

Attorney Christopher Alphen told the board Sept. 3 that the applicant has been addressing peer review comments from Beta and Hancock Associates and that written responses and revised plans will be provided at the next hearing.
