Initial internal audit identified a potential speaker-identification ambiguity: the transcript names (e.g., Chair Ellis) were present in roll call but not always explicitly tied to a speaker label; to avoid misidentification, the articles use functional role labels (Chair, Commissioner) rather than assigning names unless a speaker was explicitly introduced or self-identified in the transcript (for example, Travis Flake and the use of "Mickey").

Post-revision check: articles were adjusted to rely only on speaker names present in the transcript where those names were directly uttered or addressed. No unresolved attribution errors remain in the published articles.
