DRC asks for engineering details on detention basin; basin size could reduce lots

Committee members flagged that the detention basin configuration is conceptual and urged the applicant to provide engineered plans. "Without seeing the engineering of that, we really don't know the configuration of that detention basin in terms of its capacity," one member said, noting that if the basin must be larger it could reduce the number or size of lots.
