Sheriff’s Office grant and RSAF award add funds for supplies and training

The Board approved two items supporting public safety staffing and training. First, the Wythe County Sheriff’s Office requested that $3,750 in funds raised by the department be added to its expenditure account (Unclassified Supplies) and recorded in the Sheriff’s Grants revenue fund; the Board approved the amendment and appropriation unanimously.
