Councilor Sam Maxson moved and Councilor Karen Phillips seconded approval of the July 28, 2026 meeting minutes; the motion passed by unanimous vote. Later in the meeting Councilor Charlene Louk moved and Councilor Rick Lafferty seconded approval of accounts payable, which also passed unanimously.
