County to present five-year parks plan draft after first mail survey
Deputy director Jessica Hale and a vendor will present a draft five-year LPPRP plan next month; Bivens said the county completed its first statistically significant mail survey for the plan.

Director Bivens told the advisory board that next month the department will share a draft of a five-year LPPRP plan and that the consultant/vendor involved in the plan will attend to gather feedback. "Next month's meeting is a very important one... we'll get out in advance the draft of our LPPR plan... and then the vendor that's been working on us will be here," Bivens said.
