The board voted to approve an amendment to the subrecipient agreement for Weld County CDBG funds after a motion by Trustee Julie Lukela; the motion passed unanimously. Trustees also adopted Resolution 2025-01 and Resolution 2025-02, authorizing banking activities for the town, with unanimous roll-call votes.
