At the start of the Jan. 12, 2026 meeting, the Budget & Finance Committee voted to approve the agenda and to approve and dispense with the minutes from its prior meeting. Commissioner Cole Taylor moved to approve the agenda; Commissioner Tommy Savage seconded. Both motions passed unanimously, 5-0.
