Public Works Director Jeff Hurd told council the city's LGIP account currently had no authorized users and that LGIP requires either a council resolution or approved minutes specifying names and titles of individuals who may access the account. The proposed resolution named "Nick, Jeff, and Jesse" as authorized users so multiple staff could access the account.
