Commissioners considered a draft policy that would require attendees to display their full name on Zoom and would adjust deadlines for written correspondence. Several members of the public, including Derek Campbell (S8), argued the policy should be posted for the public to read before adoption; S8 said the rule "doesn't seem... enforceable" and urged the board to publish the draft.
