The Warren County Fiscal Court approved first reading of Ordinance #26-06WC on April 30 to authorize creation of a Nashville Road Local Development Area. Esquire Rick Williams moved the ordinance and Esquire Tom Lawrence seconded; the motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote of seven yeas, no nays.
