Warren County Fiscal Court on May 14 adopted Ordinance #26-06WC to create the "Nashville Road Local Development Area," authorizing the County Treasurer's Office to oversee, administer and implement the ordinance and establishing a dedicated special fund. Esquire Ron Cummings moved for adoption and Esquire Eric Aldridge seconded; the court recorded seven yeas, no nays.
