Planning staff reports steady permit activity; development pipeline includes 8 active planning applications

Planning staff presented the commission with a one‑page activity log summarizing development and permitting work in the previous month. Rick Evans told commissioners the department recorded eight continuing planning applications, one appeal and a range of permit activity; building permit numbers included commercial and residential activity. "For building permits, we had 6 commercial permits issued, 13 residential, 2 new single family dwellings, and a manufactured dwelling placement," staff said.
