Board directs closer contractor oversight after gutter, sidewalk and mailbox damage reports
District staff are collecting proposals to repair damage on GlenEagles Links Drive; board consensus favored requiring contractors to repair both sides of gutters and for the CDD landscaper to inspect and monitor contractor work. Additional proposals will be requested from GulfScapes.

District Engineer Charlie Krebs and Operations Manager Shane Willis briefed the Board on ongoing damage repairs related to gutter and sidewalk work and mailbox impacts along GlenEagles Links Drive. Mr. Krebs provided the addresses of damaged properties to Mr. Willis; Mr. Willis said proposals have been requested and additional locations will be added for repair bids.
