Roger Goodwin, director of Engineering, Planning and Zoning, asked the commission to approve a full refund of building permit fees of $82.20 for Sethsiri Jayawardena; the motion by Commissioner Steve Stolipher, seconded by Commissioner Jack Hefestay, passed unanimously.
