The Jefferson County Commission approved a contract award for a Surveillance Modernization Project to upgrade camera and related security systems at county facilities, including addresses cited in the agenda. Gabriel Areizaga, director of Information Technology, presented the update and asked the commission to approve the recommended award. "Commissioner Stolipher motioned to approve the contract as presented," the minutes record; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Keys and approved unanimously.
