Chair Juliana Lucchesi called the special session of the Air Pollution Control District Board of Siskiyou County to order March 17, 2026. The board adopted Resolution APCD 26-03, authorizing a transfer of funds for the district in the amount of $53,271. The motion was moved by Director Michael N. Kobseff and seconded by Director Ed Valenzuela; Directors Ray Haupt, Nancy Ogren, Kobseff, Valenzuela and Lucchesi voted YES and Director Pat Vela was recorded as absent.
