Commissioners agreed to rename the "South Corridor Sidepath" to "New Design Sidepath" to maintain consistency with historical documents and requested adding language that would encourage datacenter developers to contribute to sidepath construction. Vice Chair Lib Rood advanced the naming change and included a note to ask datacenters to fund construction as part of Recommendation 2.
