Kevin Bates detailed a noncomprehensive list of projects completed in fiscal 2026. He said crews installed major sewer mains and completed public facilities including a two-story public library that opened Nov. 15, 2025; Bates gave the library's construction cost as "$21,080,000" and said it includes study rooms, studio rooms and meeting space.
