The City Administrator reported that "Work on the update of the City’s Comprehensive Plan with Chariton Valley Planning and Development (CVPD) has begun." The update will include public meetings in conjunction with monthly Planning & Zoning on the fourth Monday at 5:30 p.m. and is expected to take approximately 18 months.
