County Manager told the board a public hearing will be held at 6 p.m. for a rezoning request affecting approximately 1.15 acres along Oak Ridge Farm Highway. Planning staff (Matthew Todd) summarized the request: the current owner wishes to build a new house after selling the rear of the property, which was annexed by a town, and the owner seeks rezoning from Neighborhood Business back to residential.
