Esmeralda County says RHT grant applications complete, Wellness Center leases to be filed
County health staff told the board on April 21 that RHT grant applications and supporting materials for Wellness Centers are complete; Chief Jeffrey Bushnell confirmed both grant applications are ready for final review and submission and a lease for a Goldfield Wellness Center will be submitted this week.

County public health staff updated the Board of Health on April 21 about progress toward establishing three Wellness Centers under the RHT grant. Public Health Officer Noah Walker said the county has prepared letters of intent and letters of support and is pursuing site options for three locations, with planned partnerships including Mount Grant and telehealth services. "We've got our letter of intent. We've got our letters of support all put together," Walker said.
