City staff told the council that final paperwork for the MIT grant is being submitted and the city is awaiting closeout. Staff also reported that rail salvage work for the '1093 Rails to Trails' project is underway and that wastewater project applications have been submitted to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). The Water Supply Infrastructure Grant (WSIG) application is in final review with the grant administrator.
