The board approved a pay increase for Jailer Ashlyn Gimer to $32.74/hour and for Sheriff’s Deputy Zane Roberts to $97,592.38/year, both effective Aug. 26, 2026. Motions carried by all ayes; Vanden Hull was recorded absent for those votes.

The O’Brien County Board of Supervisors approved two personnel pay adjustments effective Aug. 26, 2026. The board increased Jailer Ashlyn Gimer’s pay to $32.74 per hour and raised Sheriff’s Deputy Zane Roberts’ annual pay to $97,592.38.
