The City Council adopted an ordinance amending the zoning map for 1911 Janesville Avenue from Rural Holding (RH‑35) to Multifamily Residential (MRH‑30), a change staff said is consistent with the city’s comprehensive plan. Director Brager said the zoning change would facilitate a two‑phase project totaling 112 multifamily units and will not affect an existing easement on the parcel.
