Mayor Ryan Cheney introduced Ordinance 2025-8.1 to amend City Code 52.02 and adjust water usage rates. Pete Simmons moved approval of Second Reading and Schmidt seconded; the roll call recorded YES votes from Schmidt, Simmons, Zieg and Buck, and the ordinance proceeded on second reading.
