At its Feb. 9 meeting the Lancaster Plan Commission approved minutes from Jan. 12, advanced the Grant Regional Health Center final site plan contingent on rezoning (5-0) and recommended vacating part of Skyview Drive to enable Schacht Field development (5-0).
