The Select Board considered two Conservation Committee reappointments at its Aug. 13 meeting. Cindy Lawrence moved to reappoint Kassidy Jordan; after debate about Jordan's non-residency and the benefits of Fryeburg Academy student involvement, the motion passed 3-2. Thomas Kingsbury objected to appointing non-residents to committees.
