Chris Whitaker of PVHI presented a proposed memorandum of understanding for PVHI's use of the Legion building at the meeting. Whitaker said PVHI typically uses the space in the afternoons (1–5 p.m.) and noted PVHI had invested $20,000 to renovate office space in the Legion basement. He indicated an interest in partnering with Fryeburg Academy for a long-term lease.
