The board approved the vacation of Tract 2 of Walden Ranch Estates 2nd Filing and the small‑subdivision plat for Walden Hacienda with conditions requiring agency review comments to be addressed prior to plat recordation. Justin Arnold and agent Shane Hansen described requests related to a road‑name change and a request for relief from a 40‑foot right‑of‑way where existing improvements (fences and utilities) would otherwise be impacted.
