Lee County staff described a set of LDC amendments aimed at implementing the Southeast Lee plan (formerly EEPCO and DRGR areas) by moving design standards and technical analyses into the code. Kate Burgess said all nonresidential development in Southeast Lee would require planned development approval, connection to central utilities, and preservation or restoration of wetlands and flowways.
