Village hears Trail Town application; MOU to be finalized before Sept. 1 vote

John Wilson presented the ADTS Trail Town application to the Committee of the Whole and said the village "would be the first Trail Town in Illinois." He told trustees the final formal step is completion of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
