Jennifer Dean of 39 North, LLC presented a work-session request on behalf of LSH Land Holdings, LLC and the Arizona State Land Department to redesignate approximately 660 acres from Employment and Moderate Low Density Residential to Green Energy Production to facilitate a utility-scale solar generation facility and BESS east of the APS Red Rock Solar project.
