Developer, operator and site details for Heritage Hub hotel revealed at hearing
Staff and counsel said the hotel (Lot 4) will be a four-story, 97-room Fairfield by Marriott with an indoor pool and meeting space; construction footers and some framing are in place and completion was estimated around fall 2027.
