County reports road paving, shoulder work and water-project progress
Staff updated the board on paving completions and shoulder work on Spratlin Mill, ongoing paving projects, and several water and pump-station projects including a feed-line extension that is 90% complete but awaiting permits.

Public works staff told the board that several paving projects are concluding: the PLE Road repaving and a two-foot widening on Spratlin Mill are finished and crews will return to construct low shoulders in the coming weeks. Other paving projects (Old Edwards Road and neighborhood work) remain in progress.
