Council hears updates on multiple code-enforcement notices
Prosecutor reported ongoing work on Notice and Order to Correct violations at addresses including 604 Madison, 608 Washington, 608 Garfield and 402 Washington; some cases have been filed with the court, and others remain in progress.

During the unfinished business portion of the July 7 meeting the prosecutor updated the council on several ongoing code-enforcement matters. Notices and Orders to Correct remain active at 604 Madison (Higginbotham) and 608 Washington (Adcox); the prosecutor said the 608 Garfield matter (Deloris Hougardy) and the 402 Washington matter (Dan Rush) have been filed with the court or are otherwise in process.
